Why do IBO Pro and IBO Player need a MAC address and device key?
Those players are activated per device. Both values are shown on the app's start screen, and without them we cannot attach a trial to your device.
Can I request more than one trial?
One trial per household. If your first trial did not work on a device, contact support and we will help you get it running instead.
